Paneer Curry for bums

My brother asked me how I make paneer curry so here’s the recipe. This dish constitutes 50% of my meals since I became vegetarian with the other half being boiled beans and then probably another 50% of my meals is like cheeseburgers and al pastor tacos. This is adapted from this recipe that James sent me. It’s basically the same but I made some ingredients optional since they weren’t available at the QFC in North Cap Hill.

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Tomatos (Canned or diced)
  • Paneer
  • Dairy
  • Salt
  • Spices

Steps

  1. Chop the onion and cook it until it’s at least soft but you can go longer if you’d like Photo of onions
  2. Dice the garlic and ginger and cook it Photo of onions with garlic and ginger
  3. Add salt and spices. I used garam masala and gochugaru but if you look at James’ recipe he uses other stuff you can try
  4. Add tomatos and cook for any duration Photo of onions and tomatoes with spices

  6. Put the mixture back in the pan and add dairy and water until it’s the consistency you want it to be. I want it to be like gravy Photo of with dairy
  7. Cut the paneer up and add it Photo of with paneer
  8. Add more salt and spices if needed and serve. I also added peas and rice. Photo of serve
